Receiving a badge from the company review site G2 reassures users that the business is trustworthy. In order to get recognized in a G2 review, a business needs to be a top performer in one of G2’s market reports.
Different market reports generate different awards. For example, Lumiform’s High Performer badges come from a G2 Grid Report. There are also additional badges that business can earn through general performance. One example is the Users Love Us badge, which companies receive after getting 20 reviews averaging 4.0 stars out of 5.
