Signs and Posters
Place signs at the designated entrances to remind people that they should: avoid entering the facility in case of cough or fever, keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from each other and avoid shaking hands and unnecessary physical contact.
Leave a copy of the Social Distancing Protocol at the entrances.
Hang posters in the facility to promote proper hand washing.
Send digital versions of posters and signs by e-mail.
Measures for Maintaining the Distance of 1.5 Metres
Place adhesive tape or other markings at least 1.5 meters apart in customer areas within the store and on pavements at public entrances with signs instructing customers to use the markings to keep their distance.
Separate ordering and delivery areas to prevent customers from gathering.
Instruct employees to keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from customers and each other, except that employees may temporarily come closer to each other when necessary to accept payments, deliver goods or services, or when otherwise required.

Measures to Protect Employee Health
Everyone who can do their work tasks from home has been instructed accordingly.
Reconsider unnecessary business trips.
All employees were instructed not to come to work in case of illness.
Symptom checks are carried out before employees are allowed to enter the work area.
All desks or individual workstations were realigned at a distance of at least 1.5 metres (better 2 metres).
Encourage regular telework (video conferencing) in your organisation.
Consider mental health and the social consequences of social distancing in the workplace or in the community and offer information and support.
Develop a plan for increased staff absence rates.
Send copies of this plan to employees.
Measures to Improve Hygiene
Hand sanitizers, soap and water or an effective disinfectant are available to the public at or near the entrance to the facility, and anywhere else within the facility or immediately outside where people have direct interaction.
Disinfect all contact-intensive surfaces frequently.
