Signs and Posters

Place signs at the designated entrances to remind people that they should: avoid entering the facility in case of cough or fever, keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from each other and avoid shaking hands and unnecessary physical contact.

Measures for Maintaining the Distance of 1.5 Metres

Place adhesive tape or other markings at least 1.5 meters apart in customer areas within the store and on pavements at public entrances with signs instructing customers to use the markings to keep their distance.

Separate ordering and delivery areas to prevent customers from gathering.

Instruct employees to keep a distance of at least 1.5 metres from customers and each other, except that employees may temporarily come closer to each other when necessary to accept payments, deliver goods or services, or when otherwise required.

All employees were instructed not to come to work in case of illness.

Symptom checks are carried out before employees are allowed to enter the work area.

Measures to Prevent Unnecessary Contacts

Implement measures that prevent people from being self-sufficient when it comes to food/food.

Avoid allowing customers to bring their own bags, cups or other reusable items from home.

Recommend contactless payment systems or, if this is not feasible, regularly disinfect payment systems.

Measures to Improve Hygiene

Hand sanitizers, soap and water or an effective disinfectant are available to the public at or near the entrance to the facility, and anywhere else within the facility or immediately outside where people have direct interaction.

Disinfect all contact-intensive surfaces frequently.

Disinfect all payment systems, pens and input pens after each use.

Order the employees to regularly disinfect shopping carts and baskets.
