Lumiform offers the Professional and Enterprise plans. Each has different features and capabilities to suit different business needs.
A user seat refers to an individual user license within the Lumiform platform. It allows the user to access and utilize the platform’s features. A user seat can be used to log in on two mobile devices.
Sales tax may apply depending on your location (in Germany, we apply “Umsatzststeuer”) and local tax regulations. The exact amount will be calculated during the billing process.
Lumiform does not charge an onboarding fee for standard plans. However, enterprise plans may include additional onboarding services, which could incur a fee.
We do not offer refunds. If you cancel your plan before the next renewal cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your subscription period. When your subscription expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
Upgrades apply to the entire workspace.
Lumiform accepts various payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal, and yearly invoicing for enterprise customers.
When additional paid users are added to your Workspace, the billing is prorated based on the remaining subscription period.
Yes, invoicing payment options are available for enterprise customers. Contact Lumiform’s sales team to set up invoicing.
Lumiform supports billing in multiple currencies. The available currencies can be selected during the subscription process and are chosen depending on your location. We offer Euro, Great Britain Pounds, and US dollars.
