What is a user?

A user is defined as a unique email address within a Lumiform organization. Each user can have up to 3 mobile devices synced to their account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, if you are on a monthly plan, you can cancel at the end of your billing cycle.

Can I test the Professional package for a month at no charge?

Yes, if you upgrade to Professional, you will receive a free 30-day trial period before we charge any fees to your account. You can return to your free account after 30 days if you wish.

Is there an on-premises version?

We at Lumiform are passionate about the web and do not plan to offer an internally hosted version.

Can I upgrade Lumiform just for myself, rather than for everyone in our workspace?

Unfortunately not. We developed Lumiform for quality and safety teams. If you want to update Lumiform, you need to update your entire workspace.

What are my payment options – credit card and invoice?

You can use your credit card to pay for any plan. Invoicing is available for organisations with 20 or more users, on our Annual Premium or Annual Enterprise plans. Or contact us to get the matter rolling.

Can I flexibly add and remove users?

Yes, you can add single monthly users (monthly price for an individual user) and cancel at any time. If you have an annual contract, the users you have registered for the yearly contract are not flexible.

Is there a limit to the number of users or checklists in any of the pricing plans?

No, all pricing plans allow you to have an unlimited number of users and checklists. We charge the license cost per user in the Professional and Enterprise plans.

We need to add new users to our team. How is this billed?

In the case of a monthly contract, we will charge a one-time, pro-rata amount to the credit card to cover the cost of the account for the new user for the remainder of the current billing period.

For example, suppose your team uses the standard plan, which costs 20 EUR per user per month. You add a new team member 10 days after the start of your current billing cycle, and there are 20 days left in the month. The cost per user per day is 20 / 30 EUR, so we will charge your team's credit card with 13.33 EUR (20 / 30 days x 20 days) once.

With an annual contract, we will apply new prices for all users from the moment you move to a new schedule because you get a new volume discount.

Example: You have 40 users and add another 10 users after half a year. You pay 6912€ (40 users x 12 months x 14,40€) at the beginning of the year. You pay 624€ after half a year, where you would have to pay 816€ for 10 users (10 x 6 months x 13,60€) but you get 192€ credited (40 users x 6 months x 0,8€) because they were overpaid by the initial contract. We call that fair.
