Yes. Lumiform supports barcode scanning within the mobile app. When you scan the barcode on an asset such as fire extinguisher number 15, it pulls the corresponding asset record into the form. This means the inspection is automatically linked to the correct piece of equipment without manual entry. For fire extinguisher rounds where you are moving through a building and checking multiple assets in sequence, scanning replaces the step of manually identifying and entering each item, reducing errors and speeding up the inspection.

Can a completed inspection carry forward as the starting point for the next recurring inspection?
