Have you or someone with whom you have been in close contact returned from abroad in the last 14 days?
Close contact is defined as:
- Spending more than 15 minutes face-to-face with a person in the 24 hours before or as soon as they showed any symptoms.
- Sharing a closed room with a person for more than two hours, in the 24 hours before he/she showed symptoms or as soon as he/she showed symptoms.
Have you familiarized yourself with the federal government's guidelines on self-isolation?
Have you felt uncomfortable or in close contact with a person who has felt uncomfortable?
Have you or the person who was uncomfortable tested positive for COVID-19?
NOTE: If you need to take any of the above actions, please ensure that you notify your manager and make sure that the customer file is updated on their respective system and stored on the server. Please contact your manager for further log details.
