Was the proper use of the fire extinguisher demonstrated (or simulated)?
Was the evacuation plan reviewed and routes identified?
Was an alternate smoke compartment for horizontal evacuation identified?
Was the oxygen shutoff valve identified and staff knowledgeable about responsibility to shut off?
