House Frame Inspection Checklist

This checklist will walk you through how to conduct a house frame inspection. Make sure you are placing the studs under loads and that bracing has been placed according to engineer specifications. In this template, you’ll find inspection points in the following areas: General frame points, bedrooms, bathrooms, stairs, entryways, etc.

When engaging in any type of construction work, it’s essential to prioritize worker and overall site safety. In addition to the inspection, it’s always a good idea to conduct a framework risk assessment with this checklist so no hazard goes undiscovered.
