Retail Store Inspection Template

This retail store safety inspection checklist is your foundation for reviewing every aspect of your store. You’ll also use it to make sure the workplace is safe for both employees and customers.

By working through each item on the list, the inspector makes sure that each task, area and piece of equipment is functioning properly. Then, the data collected can be evaluated to more easily identify areas for improvement.
