Focus Group Product Evaluation Template

Use this product-focused checklist when proceeding with the focus group discussion or interview. Gather the participants and list their names. Describe the composition of the group and ensure that (1) the goal of the focus group was defined, (2) all information will remain confidential and (3) respondents introduce themselves to each other before the main event. For the main activity, ensure that you use essential questions which will help probe and capture respondents authentic and natural responses. By the use of Lumiform, you can modify the questions to be specific to the topic that you want to use for your focus group.
