Simplify Your ISO 45001 Risk Assessments with This Comprehensive Template

A ISO 45001 Risk Assessment Template is a tool that can be used to identify potential risks and assess their severity in order to develop a plan to mitigate or eliminate them. This template is designed for organizations that need to comply with the ISO 45001 standard, which sets out requirements for an effective occupational health and safety management system. There are three key sectors that need to be identified when conduction such inspections: Risk Identification, Risk Analysis, Risk Evaluation and Risk Control.

  • Risk Identification involves identifying the particular hazards associated with the organization’s activities, processes, and operations. This includes identifying the potential sources of harm, the likelihood of occurrence, and the severity of the harm.
  • Risk Analysis involves analyzing the risks to understand the level of risk and the potential impacts of the risk. This includes assessing the probability that the risk will occur and the consequences that may result.
  • Risk Evaluation involves evaluating the risks identified and determining the level of risk and the degree of control needed to reduce the risk. This includes assessing the effectiveness of existing controls and identifying additional controls that may be needed.
  • Please note that this checklist template is a hypothetical appuses-hero example and provides only standard information. The template does not aim to replace, among other things, workplace, health and safety advice, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or any other applicable law. You should seek your professional advice to determine whether the use of such a checklist is appropriate in your workplace or jurisdiction.
