AED Weekly Checklist Template
Check the readiness display for:
If OK indicator, no recommended corrective action is needed.
If CHARGE indicator, replace Battery Charger and Electrode Packet.
If ATTENTION indicator, refer to operating instructions.
If WRENCH indicator, contact authorized service personnel.
Check Use By date on all Electrode Packets.
Replace electrode packet and battery if the date has passed.
Check additional supplies.
Replenish as needed.
Check defibrillator for:
Damage or cracks
Foreign substances
None of the above
If damage or cracks are present, contact authorized service personnel.
If foreign substances are present, clean the device.
