Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is available and suitable for tasks to be completed? (Visually inspect condition of PPE)
Are there any significant changes to the tasks or the work environment or project plans?
Have daily checks been completed on plant, equipment and vehicles?
Are SOPs/SWMS or Permits available for the task and are there any changes or deviations to the activity?
Have there been any associated incidents, injuries or hazards previously reported?
Does the task(s) require a license?
Does the task require additional WHS items, such as satellite phone or emergency/first aid provisions? Are emergency provisions understood?
Are there any additional issues or topics that have not been addressed?
Have weather conditions been checked, such as heat, cold and/or storms?
