Ship Departure Checklist Template

In order to comply with regulations and ensure the safety of your crew and vessel, it is most beneficial to employ a checklist to ensure that everything is in order, the ship is well maintained and the crew briefed on everything that needs to be performed.

Use this checklist in order to become aware of errors before departing from ports and entering international waters, or as a preventive measure as safety should always come before all.
