Workplace Stress Factors Analysis Checklist Template

The questionnaire can be used to carry out an analysis of the working conditions (in the whole company or at the individual workplace). The test enables the recognition of stress factors and optimization of resources (coping possibilities) in the company.

This questionnaire checklist is anonymous.

Please do not use names! Below are 11 subject areas with a total of 26 questions and statements on working conditions in the company.

For each question/statement, please choose the one that best describes your situation from the five possible answers.
