  1. Define the problem. In the background section, clearly outline the problem your team is facing. Be concise but specific, highlighting the key areas of concern that impact your business.
  2. Gather and analyze evidence. Collect data, images, or graphs that support the issue at hand and upload them directly to the template. This visual evidence helps your team understand the full scope of the problem and provides a solid foundation for discussions.
