Organize your team with a pre construction meeting checklist

Before construction can take place, the project must undergo a meticulous pre-planning phase. The construction team will meet with the site owner to discuss project specifics after framing but before installation begins. Determine where tools and equipment will be positioned and that all building permits and licenses have been obtained. Specific questions to ask the builder at a pre-construction meeting are included in the template below:
