Cleaning of tablet press

The compression machine was cleaned according to a separate SOP (using 70% isopropyl alcohol)
All dust extractors, racks, door frames, pipes and return filters of the Air Handling Unit have been cleaned properly.
All machines have been checked for leakage.
After receiving approval by your quality control department, add a "cleaned" label to equipment.

Operation

Remove label saying "cleaned" before using tablet press.
Add label to tablet press with the PRODUCT NAME or/and the BATCH DETAILS
Issue the punch set which is suitable for the compression by using a separate SOP.
Set the machine to the right tablet parameters.
Destroy all tablets from the first few rotations before starting your first batch.
Collect all tablets generated per each batch and pack and label them correctly.
Stop compression when material reaches the lowest level.
Clean the outside containers and store them so that the labels with the batch details are.
Remove the punch sets and clean according to a separate SOP.
