Are the vehicle guards (bollards, concrete blocks) damaged? Select N/A if there are no bollards
Are the emergency shut offs working properly? Select N/A if there are no shut offs
Is there a sufficient amount of spill control equipment available?
Are fire extinguishers available and currently inspected?
