Boost Efficiency and Productivity with an Order-Picking Performance Evaluation Template

Performance evaluation is an important part of assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of order-picking operations. This template provides an easy-to-use method for evaluating the performance of order pickers in a warehouse environment.

The assessment template checklist begins by evaluating the order picker’s overall performance, which includes their accuracy, speed, and safety. Accuracy is assessed by measuring how accurately the picker is able to locate and pick the correct items from the warehouse shelves. Speed is measured by the amount of time it takes a picker to complete a given task, and safety is evaluated by looking at the number of preventable accidents or errors.

Please note that this checklist template is a hypothetical appuses-hero example and provides only standard information. The template does not aim to replace, among other things, workplace, health and safety advice, medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, or any other applicable law. You should seek your professional advice to determine whether the use of such a checklist is appropriate in your workplace or jurisdiction.
