Store managers can schedule recurring pest checks across storage rooms and loading bays, with automatic alerts when a technician misses a visit or flags an active sighting.

Hospitality & hotels
Facilities teams can document room-by-room and kitchen inspections, assign corrective actions to maintenance staff, and maintain audit-ready records for environmental health visits.

Logistics & warehousing
Your warehouse supervisors can run pest monitoring rounds across large floor areas, track bait station checks by location, and spot infestation trends before stock or contracts are at risk.

Pharmaceuticals
Quality teams can use Lumiform to enforce inspection frequency requirements, capture photo evidence at each monitoring point, and feed pest control data into GMP compliance documentation.

Facilities management
FM contractors managing multiple client sites can use Lumiform to run pest inspections per site, deliver branded PDF reports to clients automatically, and track open actions across the portfolio.

Common questions
Yes. In Lumiform’s Template Builder, each template has its own Settings section where you configure how the inspection is planned and scheduled. You set the recurrence interval per template. Each schedule operates independently. Your pest control program can then reflect the actual monitoring frequency each inspection type requires, without forcing everything into a single uniform cadence.
When you log into the Lumiform mobile app, your Actions section shows all measures assigned to you or created by you. Each action is listed individually. You can open an action to see its details, adjust its status, and leave comments for other users. On desktop, the same Actions section lists all created actions, and you can open and edit each one. Users only see what is relevant to their role, so the view stays focused on what they need to act on.
For missed deadlines Lumiform sends notifications to the assigned user and to administrators or other stakeholders, depending on your settings. You can configure when and how team membes receive these notifications, with possible alerts for overdue actions or task updates. Beyond notifications, Lumiform’s Analytics overview surfaces overdue inspections at the summary level, giving you visibility across the entire program. For structured escalation paths, such as routing actions through specific approval chains, the Approvals workflow add-on lets you build that into your process.
Yes. In the Analytics section on desktop, you can view a detailed analysis of each individual inspection point, not just summary counts. The Actions section also lets you open each action individually to see its full content. So when you need to know not just how many measures are overdue but what each one actually contains, you can drill into the detail. This gives you the precise visibility you described needing.
Yes. Lumiform’s Analytics section lets you filter inspection results by various criteria, including time period, so you can track performance month by month and see exactly where you stand. Automatic report delivery by email is available, so you do not need to log into the system manually to get your overview.
Lumiform supports an Approvals workflow as an add-on on the Professional plan and included in the Enterprise plan. This allows you to build a re-check or effectiveness verification step into your corrective action process. When a deviation requires confirmation that the fix actually worked, the workflow routes the action through an approval stage before it closes. This addresses the effectiveness verification requirement directly, without relying on manual follow-up or trusting that a closed action means a resolved problem.
Lumiform stores data in secure data centers in Frankfurt, Germany, and complies with GDPR, SOC2 (Type 2), ISO27017, and ISO27018.
