Inspection List
Instructions:
1. Choose the appropriate inspection day of the week from the drop down list.
2. Mark each item as Compliant or Non-Compliant, Choose N/A if not applicable.
3. If an item requires a repair, tap the paper clip icon to add an image, also add an action to set the assignee, priority level and due date.
4. Complete the audit by providing a digital signature.
Note:
These items are to be inspected at the beginning of each and every shift before the vehicle is put into service.
Each item is to be checked individually. Items that require repair must be reported to your supervisor.
If safety items fail the inspection, the vehicle is to be taken out of service immediately.
