Delivery Note Template

Use this delivery note as a template to enter the delivery details before assigning the delivery order. The courier will present the delivery note to the customer to confirm the delivery. The contents of the delivery note include the following sections:

1. Seller details
2. Order information
3. Shipping details
4. Article description
5. Customer confirmation – in addition to the mandatory signature, there is a question box that asks the customer whether the item was delivered in good condition
