Exterior Inspection
Check for any visible damage or leaks on the exterior of the truck.
Inspect the tires for proper inflation and tread depth.
Ensure all lights (headlights, taillights, turn signals) are functioning properly.
Cab and Controls
Verify that the cab is clean and free of any obstructions.
Check that all controls (steering, brakes, transmission, etc.) are working correctly.
Ensure the seat, seatbelt, and mirrors are properly adjusted for the driver.
Hydraulic System
Inspect the hydraulic hoses and connections for any signs of wear or damage.
Check the hydraulic fluid level and top up if necessary.
Test the functionality of the hydraulic system, including the dump mechanism.
Safety Features
Ensure the backup alarm is working properly.
Verify that the fire extinguisher is fully charged and easily accessible.
Check the condition of the emergency triangles or flares.
Fluid Levels and Maintenance
Check the engine oil level and top up if needed.
Inspect the coolant level and ensure there are no leaks.
Verify that the fuel tank is full and the fuel system is functioning properly.
