Around 2021-2022, they transitioned to a digital tool, iAuditor, to improve time efficiency, ease of use, and data backup.
Compliance with regulations such as GDPR and data protection also necessitated maintaining records for up to 15 years. This requirement further highlighted the importance of a robust digital platform. “The need to keep records for 15 years under GDPR made it clear we needed a reliable digital solution,” Mark explains.
