Workstation Setup
Is the chair height adjusted so the user's thighs are horizontal and feet are flat on the floor or a footrest?
Is the backrest adjusted to provide appropriate lumbar support?
Is the seat pan depth appropriate, allowing 2-4 inches between the back of the knee and the seat?
Is the desk/work surface height appropriate, allowing the user's arms to rest comfortably on the work surface with shoulders relaxed?
Is the monitor height adjusted so the top 1/3 of the screen is at or slightly below eye level?
Is the monitor distance appropriate, allowing the user to read the screen without excessive neck flexion?
Is the keyboard height and position adjusted to allow the user's arms to rest comfortably on the work surface with wrists flat?
Is the mouse positioned close to the user and at the same height as the keyboard?
Is the work area free of clutter and obstacles that could cause strain or trips?
Lighting and Glare
Is the lighting appropriate for the tasks being performed?
Are there any reflections or glare on the computer screen?
Are windows covered with blinds or curtains to control natural lighting?
General Wellbeing
Does the user take regular breaks from continuous computer work?
Does the user perform stretching or other exercises to alleviate muscle tension?
Is the work area temperature and humidity comfortable for the user?
