Include the specific change being implemented, who’s responsible for execution, timeline for completion, and resources required. Rather than “improve communication,” specify “implement daily 15-minute team huddles led by shift supervisors to address production issues” with clear ownership and deadlines.

Evaluate each initiative based on three key factors: potential impact on business goals, implementation effort required, and organizational readiness for change. Create a simple matrix scoring each initiative on these dimensions. Start with high-impact, low-effort initiatives to build momentum and demonstrate value, then tackle more complex improvements as resources and organizational buy-in increase.
