Assign ownership of high-priority risks to experienced team members who can monitor warning signs and implement contingency plans if needed. Review your risk register regularly during project meetings to ensure mitigation strategies remain relevant as the project evolves.

Modify the task section to represent your sprint backlog, with status options reflecting your workflow stages. Replace milestone dates with sprint goals and timeframes. Adapt the issues section to track impediments affecting the team. For risk management, focus on shorter timeframes aligned with sprint durations. Consider adding sections for velocity tracking, sprint retrospective findings, and product backlog status.
