About the Monthly Fire Extinguisher Inspection Template

Use this template to do a fire extinguisher examination every month to decide if the equipment meets the norms and safety standards for any emergency purposes. This auditor would initially control the fire extinguisher types (ABC, BC, A, D or K), inventory tags, seals, labels and extinguisher validity. Then accurately inspect the extinguisher to find and annotate defects.
