Yes. When closing an action, the responsible person can attach a photo directly within the app as evidence that the issue has been resolved. This is captured as part of the action record and is visible to the manager reviewing it before approval. The photo is stored alongside the action history, so there is a complete, traceable record of what was found, what was done, and what it looked like when it was fixed.
