Overhead Crane Inspection

Performing daily inspections on overhead cranes prior to each shift is vital to revealing critical malfunctions. Use this checklist as a reference to schedule the necessary maintenance and repairs. Test your equipment before every use, conduct visual inspections, and observe safety precautions.

Instructions: ------------------------------------- 1. Start the Inspection by selecting the type of crane that is going to be inspected and rate each item as "Compliant", "Non- Compliant", "N/A". 2. Add photos and notes by clicking on the paperclip icon. 3. To add a Corrective Measure click on the paperclip icon then "Add Action", provide a description, assign to a member, set priority and due date. 4. Complete audit by providing digital signature. 5. Share your report by exporting as PDF, Word, Excel or Web Link. Note: Please report any unusual findings to your Team Leader immediately.
