SIGNAGE - Have you checked hazard board and updated any new hazards ticked off?
INSTRUCTION - Have all technicians read the job instructions?
INDUCTION TAGS- Do all technicians have their ID Tags?
TIDY SITE - Are materials stored safely & neatly plus rubbish in bins or out of the way?
VISIBLE HAZARDS - Are there any visible hazards that are going to directly affect our technicians onsite?
POSSIBLE HAZARDS - Is there anything that could become a possible hazard for or technicians?
ACTION TAKEN - Has action been taken to minimise or eliminate the hazard? Explain
ELECTRICITY - Are all leads in good condition and have current tags?
LADDERS - Are all ladders trade rated 120kg + & in good condition?
PPE - Is everyone on site using PPE, including staff and contractors?
